Notes

  1. Once your order is paid, our warehouse needs 5-7 business days to process it. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it ships.
  2. In-stock, non-pre-order items ship within 2 weeks.
  3. Extra shipping charges from address changes or special addresses outside our Free Shipping Service are paid by the customer.
  4. Please provide your complete address, including apartment/unit number, street, city, and state. Customers are responsible for losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
  5. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, the U.S. and U.K. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or any Armed Forces addresses (Europe, Pacific, or the Americas).
  6. Pre-order items ship within 10-20 business days.
  7. Final delivery time depends on local logistics conditions.
  8. For damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  9. Dispatch may be slightly delayed during peak season.

Please keep in mind:

  1. Shipping times are a guide only, based on dispatch date. We will do our best to minimize delays.
  2. We cannot file a refund for a failed delivery caused by being unreachable at delivery or by incorrect consignee information (address, phone number, or name). If your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and the correct details before shipment.
